When you start playing the game, you will get a helpful guide that explains the main things you need to know, like how to get new buildings, improve them, and decide which planes fly when. To buy or improve a building or the runway at the airport, just click on it. A box will pop up with information about how much it costs and a button to buy it. If you already own the building, a box for managing what's inside it will appear. If you want to improve the stuff inside a building, choose what you want to change and click the "Upgrade" button.
