In Ball Pool 8, you can choose your difficulty level in the main menu: easy, medium, or hard, based on your billiards skills. Once you and your opponent are at the table with the colored balls, use the cue to hit the white ball. The goal is to make it hit the other balls and knock them into the pockets. If you succeed, you get another turn; otherwise, it's your opponent's turn. Keep in mind that the main white ball shouldn't be pocketed. The strength of your shot is shown by the indicator in the bottom left corner.
