Movement in Checkers is allowed only diagonally. When you jump over your opponent's pieces, you can move in any direction, but when moving by one square, it's strictly forward. If there are several moves, they are executed one after another. A piece that reaches the last row becomes a "king" and can then move any number of squares in any direction. You must capture your opponent's checkers if possible, and continue doing so until no more captures are available. Regular moves aren't permitted if a capture can be made.
